Accommodation Sion Hill Bath Spa

Can any current students help me. I will hopefully be starting at Sion Hill in september but i am undecided with the accommodation. Are charlton court and waterside too far to walk? or is the distance worth it for meeting people on other courses other than art ones. What is bankside like socially? and are there studios avaliable?
