The AO2 points are basically pretty self-explanatory, your teacher should really tell you what the AO2 is cause its usually all the same crap like harsh, unfair rule, therefore certain exceptions have been made! You're basically criticising your AO1 points

Yeah my teacher told me to revise Offer/Acceptance, Consideration, Intention, Privity, Implied Terms, Misrepresentation, Mistake, Economic Duress, Performance, Breach and Frustration. We were told to miss out Types of Terms and Undue Influence. I just hate this exam because there's far too much to remember :frown:

i've got it tommorow aswell. only missing out offer and acceptance and mistake though as there is just far too much to remember for them !
wondering how you guys are structuring your part B answers ? ive been doing A01 at the start then all of the A02 at the end ? what other structures have you been trying ?

Dudes, cmon, this **** is basic.
You need 20 cases tops for each section + a definition, that is basically it.

Structure B as
1. Give definitions of all issues
2. Give law re issues (just describe all the cases you gonna use)
3. Law re Q (describe how the law will be used by the parties)
4. Conclusion

+ the unit 4 is gonna be piss easy
