Using your phone in another language? watch

    • Thread Starter

I've set my phone language to French in order to prepare me for my GCSE exam tomorrow but have thought about keeping it for a while longer...So out of interest, does anyone else use their phone in another language (other than the language they're fluent in)?

I did for GCSE German but to be honest, it was of limited help because a lot of the vocab was irrelevant. A better technique for me was sticking vocab lists related to the topics I had to learn in relevant places (e.g. labelling furniture) and reading children's books/ past papers. My friend used to have Skype conversations with her German friend.

I used to keep it Arabic / French when I had the SE Walkman

Just so that no one would even think abt borrowing my phone.

But now everyone had got heir iPhones. I don't even lock mine now.
