-sigh- Sleep is getting worse again and I think it's catching up with my health :sick: I'm in one of those modes where I struggle to get pleasure out of anything and i'm just really down on myself. May try and go for a half an hour go on the exercise bike and see if that does anything...

Aw Tasha :hugs: I'm sure your mum doesn't feel that way about you, the fact that you are trying to improve for the sake of your mum shows that you're a good daughter. Try not to beat yourself up over it as otherwise you're going to start finding every fault which she probably doesn't even hold against you. 'Sides if something's wrong chances are she's prefer to know about it compared to you keeping it all to yourself, it's what mum's do even when we don't want them to :yep:

Sigh. Been in a really bad place all day. Voices are screaming at me to do bad things and I feel impulsive thanks to my ****ty BPD. Really really don't know what to do. I just can't be bothered any more

I haven't been posting in this thread for a while cause I needed a break away from it really. I didn't find myself helping people too much and felt I was a hindrance unfortunately and so I left for a bit. Sorry :sad: But i'm semi back now anyways :hugs:
