    Hello
So Ive applied to the university of Kent for a Masters course. Their application tracking page says they hope to make a decision within 10 days but its been 20 days now and my application says its still in the "considering" stage. Should I email the admissions office or is this normal?
    Any advice would be appreciated

Yes, email them. Do bear in mind that they may mean working days (is that how you're calculating?) and there's been a bank holiday. So if you submitted on, say, a Friday, 10 working days is actually about 16 days in total.

But email them. The delay will be because PG admissions offices are under-manned, and swamped at this time of year.

Thanks alot for the help. I did email the admissions office voicing my concern. Hope to head back from them soon. SOAS has stated that they take around 5 weeks to make a decision so that quite a long time.
    Thanks for the help
