My teacher said juries are less likely to come up, but not totally sure. Hopefully Lay Magistrates will come up

The exam is at 1pm tomorrow and is 2 hours long so should be finished at 3pm

Yeah hopefully, kinda disappointed that juries is not meant to come up because I find that quite good! I'm hoping for ADR and aims of sentencing as they're practically lists and hopefully police powers in section B as they're good case studies! Good luck tomorrow

These aren't my own predictions but what i've gathered from others (I've seen a few)
Police Powers Stop and Search or Detention (probably not arrest)
Sentencing (maybe youth with aims, less likely to be adult)
Bail
Barristers and Solicitors
Lay Magistrates (It alternates between Juries and Mags, Juries was in January so)
Civil Tracking
Judiciary - *ugh*
Also ADR is unlikely to appear - tis a shame as it's my favourite

My teacher is an examiner and basically hinted what 'could' come up.
