    Me again...

Really getting annoyed with student finance at the moment...
I go to submit everything and it comes up with an error message, saying I can not complete. It then redirects me to this message:

    We need more information

The information you have entered so far has been saved. .

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an estimate of how much student finance you may be entitled to as you have not completed all the relevant sections of the application. Incomplete sections are shown on the left-hand side navigation bar.

To return to an incomplete section, click on it's name.

    ...

The section it is referring to is my mother's "income" section. The only values we have entered here is her annual pay for that year, other questions include "Total income from taxable state benefits" "Total income from occupational pensions" "Total income from private pensions" etc, you probably recognise these... The thing is my mum does NOT receive ANY other income a part from her standard pay from where she works! No pensions, no benefits etc, so she has entered "£0.00" in the boxes. But student finance is still showing this section as "incomplete"!

Any ideas?! is this a really obvious error we've done wrong or..?? Please help, I just want this application sent off

You need to check every single question. Go through it slowly, as you probably have missed out something. It could be something daft like your mums income you might have forgot the decimal point, or put 2 in or something.

If you cannot see anything after going through it 2 - 3 times super slowly, then download the paper form and fill it out in writing, and post it to them.

Thanks for your reply, I've tried this multiple times, still no luck. I'll go for the paper option
