I was wondering what the difference is between a graduate and a post graduate. While I'm here I was also wondering what the difference is between a bachelors, masters and a phd.

A graduate is someone who has graduated from an undergraduate program at university - so a Graduate Placement Scheme is an employment scheme for people with undergraduate degrees. A postgraduate is a student enrolled on a postgraduate (Masters) program.

A bachelors degree is an undergraduate degree. A masters is a postgraduate degree (so done after a bachelors), and a PhD is a doctoral degree, successful completion of which entitles you to call yourself Dr. (and in most humanities/arts subjects is done after a bachelors and a masters, but in some sciences can be done straight after a bachelors).
