Not too bad - could have been a lot worse! What was bugging me was the doctor interviewed in the listening, who was helping the victims of something: this turned out to be 'el sida', which is AIDS. At least the listening didn't do too much of saying the obvious bits really slowly and then vomiting out the bit you need, as is usual.
