Short film help please?

I have less than a week to make a short film for my media class. I won't go into the reasons why I only have that long because it's confusing but yeah...
I was thinking a monologue or something would be the easiest option, but I can't get anyone to memorize anything and act it for me.

So if I did a voiceover with this speech (it won't get published so it's not copyright, my college allows it)
what could I put as the video. Any ideas would be hugely appreciated! If you CBA to read the speech it's about appreciating things in life because life is short etc - but said it a much better way than that...
