Hi, i'm in the process of looking at courses for university, I need some advice on what the best thing to choose for me would be. I'm doing my AS levels at the moment, will soon be going on to A2. I'll be talking chemistry, biology and maths(sigh), I've always wanted to do zoology because I know i will enjoy it, but I've heard it's difficult to get a job with this degree, I am also interested in biochemistry and microbiology which i would enjoy, but not as much as zoology. Could anyone advise me on which degree has the best prospects, which pays the most, and maybe where to study it?

From what I've read, biochemistry is in demand from prospective employers, so it would probably be a better bet from that point of view. You can do biochemistry almost everywhere, so it depends on the grades you're likely to get, as well as which region you prefer, whether you want a city or campus etc.
Have you thought about Natural Sciences? Most unis that offer it are Russell Group, so you need pretty high grades, but you can start with a broad base in biological sciences and specialise later. You could still end up with biochemistry or zoology, but you'd have longer to think about it.
