When doing the Support a child/partner's application part, does my mother have to make a new account on student finance? Or can it be done on mine? And does my dad have to do that too?

    - Also, my student finance says its received "my mothers financial information"... but I never sent any finance information in for my mam. Only my own bank statement which I read online you needed to do. Do I call them?

You don't need to send in your own bank statements or anything like that. You, as a student, don't need to send anything in apart from birth certificate if you don't have a passport.
