Hi can anyone help have done an application with my daughter but at no time did it ask for household income to be taken into account. so we proceeded with just the tuition and maintenance loan and then realised this was wrong. We rang sf and they have agreed to cancel this application but we cannot apply or do new application till all her details are of. Has anyone else had problems in putting household income on. we have done the calculator and she is eligible for the tuition fee, maintenence grant and loan

There is a button on the very first page where you click if you do not want household income considered

    You should not click it

Fill out the paper form and send it to them with any evidence ASAP, otherwise you might miss the deadline.

They shouldn't be cancelling the application though as it's pretty simple to change, unless you applied for part time funding, rather than full time.
