How much weight is it normal to loose in 2 weeks (without trying)?
I lost 6lb in 2 weeks and wanted to be sure this was normal. I'm 18, probably around 5ft 2 and weighed 8 stone before the recent loss. I haven't gone past like 2lb off that for years so it's rather unusual as far as i'm concerned.

    Cheers for any feedback

Your weight will vary anyway. Nothing to worry about unless there's a clear cause such as you not eating enough or stres/anxiety, which uses more brain power and therefore burns more calories.

I once lost 4 pounds in 3 days and don't know where it went! I didn't notice anything odd around the time I lost it, but it soon reappeared. I guess my weight varies between around 8 stone 10 pounds and 9 stone 3 pounds.

Keep an eye on it, and if you notice it decreasing still then you need to sit and think about what could be changing it, and how to avoid the change.
