    Hey everyone,

This is my first post and I just wanted to get some help.

I wanted to know what happens if you miss one exam through illness and you are in 3rd year for the May/June exams?

Some people told me you arent allowed to graduate and you have to return next year to do that exam.

Some people told me your uni looks at your grades and overall attainment and gives you a grade because you must graduate.

    I attend Manchester University.

Does anyone know which is the right case, if any?

    Thanks people

If you are ill, then you need to submit a mitigating circumstances form through your School, and this will need to be backed up with medical evidence.

The course of action that the university takes next may vary, so you really do need to go along and speak to them asap.
