You can do whatever you like

In all honesty your GCSEs aren't nearly as good as they could be - E&M is a highly competitive course and many applicants will have all As and A*s. But they're not the sole factor in deciding whether you get an interview, and you have A/A* in subjects which would be most relevant to your course. Contextual data (school type etc) is also taken into account. If you're predicted at least A*AA at A-Level there's absolutely no reason why you should let your GCSEs put you off applying. If you do well in your AS Levels it might be worth leaning towards Cambridge, as they're rumoured to place slightly less emphasis on GCSEs.

Posting your grades on TSR?
Where's your 11 A*'s, 10 A's and no B's?
Why didn't you get full marks for maths?
Do you really expect to pass your AS year with grades like those?
