I hate it, ever since A2 it seems to be a learnt behaviour. I worry about not sleeping and always end up really struggling. I probably had about 2/3 hours sleep past night and I have an 3 hour exam at 9
Is there anyway to overcome this? I just want my old sleepy self back!

Exercise a lot in the day so you are tired at night, try running or a long session of some cardio, make sure you are knackered and you should sleep. Get into a good sleeping pattern getting up early. Revise in the morning and have some time chill out before you sleep to let your mind forget about the exams.

I have a similar thing (to a lesser degree), just make sure you've covered everything in detail during your revision - so that you know you know everything, and stop a few hours before you want to sleep.
