    When registering my father on my application in order for him to support my application I entered in his email address. However, for some reason he has still not received an email with the security credentials or logon details which he was meant to be given. Is there any way in which that email can be resent to his email?

    Hi Sophie,

    Sometimes our emails can be automatically send to a junk or spam folder depending on the security settings of the email inbox.

    Has you Dad checked these folders?
