Hello, I've firmed my place for September, and I am currently planning out what I need to get for when I do arrive.

My first choice is en suite accomodation, but I was wondering what is provided by the Uni in these rooms, so I know what I need to buy myself

    Thanks for any help provided!

You need everything, not alot is provided here. They give you a shower curtain & toilet brush.

CC is not the finest accomodation money can buy...

Hiya, I've just finished my final year and I spent my first year in Clarice Cliff, you're given a welcome pack with a couple of saucepans, a plate, knife and fork, duvet and pillow.. the basics really. I bought quite a bit of kitchen stuff but only really decorative stuff for the bedroom, I thought it was actually ok!! Bit expensive though!!

as a first year who is returning next year i'll give you 1 piece of advice. Dont rely on anything being there. you get a bed and matress but i turned up and the only "accessory" that was provided was toilet roll. even if you do get the welcome pack, alot of the stuff in it will be sub standard and you'll need to replace it within a week or so.

if its not fixed down you have to buy it.... you might get the "odd" freebies from the previous year that cleaners did not throw out when they feeling like being thoughtful.

Just make sure your pick up a welcome pack when you sign in.

The bed I had last year was terrible... looked like the support had been made out of a corrugated iron roof!!!! lol :P
