I've had an on and off cold for like 3-4 weeks .... It's just like one nostril that gets stuffy and blocked up and it won't go away. I have hayfever which probably doesn't help as every time I sneeze it seems to exacerbate this snorty nostril. Or if I'm in a warm room it'll get blocked up again. But then theres other times when my nose is not blocked up at all .... How can I get rid of this?

beyond tricks that have worked for them (which will by no means be appropriate for you) people on here wont be able to tell you much.

If it really is a problem, then go and see your pharmacist, and they may be able to recommend something to help... or if its serious, go see your GP

If its just hayfever though, well.. its something which effects a lot of people, and it sucks, a lot.. but there are options which make it better.. so same as before, if your not already taking anything.. go see your pharamcist

It's annoying cas I'm not getting any other symptoms. I just get this sniffy nose that crops up every day. Like now I woke up with my nose fine, within 5 minutes if me being awake I get s blocked up nose and then it subsides now that I get up and move about

I think it could be something to do with the air in your room then. It's not a proper cold if you don't have it throughout the day. Most of us also get stuffy nose in the morning
