I'm applying to do a GDL this September in Manchester which is where I studied as an undergraduate and am applying for both BPP and CoL. Just wondering what the key differences were between the two regarding things like teaching, facilities, workload, course structure, overall atmosphere?

Can anyone can recommend one from the other?

    Hi Adam,

Great to hear you’re thinking of applying for the GDL, and considering BPP. The best way to find out what its like to study with us is to have a chat with our programme leader for the GDL in Manchester, Bruce Humphery. If you’d like us to arrange this let me know, we can also arrange for you to speak to some current GDL students if you’d like a student’s perspective on studying the GDL.

If this is something you would be interested in just let us know.

    Kind regards,
    David

    Hi Adam1611!

Saw your post - we think the most important thing is to choose a course and provider that's right for you. We recommend attending open days at your favourite law schools to help with your decision, as it's the best way to get a feel for what it will be like to study there and you often get a chance to speak to current students about their experiences. It's also a handy way to find out more about the course, check out the careers support and meet the tutors who will actually teach you. Details of University of Law open days

You can also watch this recording of our recent webinar to hear from students what it's really like to study our GDL.

Feel free to contact our friendly Admissions Team on 0800 289997 or via our online query form with any queries.

Hope this helps and feel free to keep in touch on Facebook and Twitter!
