I got a headache about 24 hours ago now and tried sleeping it off for an hour or two. I woke up not only with a worse headache but also feeling like I was going to throw up. I pretty much slept on and off from 6pm until 8am this morning.

I feel a little better today but still have a headache (Similar to how it was when it first started yesterday) and I feel a little sick.

What is around the house that I can use to reduce symptoms?
I feel sick and therefore do not want to go out and get anything.
I don't have all that herbal hippie crap that is always suggested online either.

Have you tried eating something? Even if it's just toast.

Yeah. I've been eating things which i think would be fairly calming for my stomach. Tortillas (Instead of bread, we have none), a banana (Apparently the potassium is good for upset stomachs) and my lunch was a Pot Noodle (Mainly because it will have a fair amount of water, will settle better than just drinks of water would).

    Has anybody got any suggestions?
