I feel that I am not going to meet my conditional offer this year.
If I was to re-sit my exam next year ..what's my chances of applying to uni again next year and receiving a conditional offer again?
Is it achieveable or do I have to do more than just resit my exam?

If you miss your conditional offer for your firm, but meet the offer for your insurance then you go to your insurance. If you miss both offers you go into clearing. You could decide to not go to university this year and resit. Universities have different policies when it comes to resits. Some might give you a conditional offer based on your resit result, some might wish to see you do other things alongside your resit. It's worth contacting universities before reapplying to see how they will view your application.

Basically, your chances depend on the university and the course.

    ^^ This.

OP, which uni's and which course(s) are we talking about?
Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
