    Hello,

I am currently attempting to complete my student finances however the tuition fee loan is listed as a maximum as £3645 as opposed to the £9000 the course specifies. I phoned up to enquire about this and they told me that it may be the university only charging that amount (which i doubt) and that i also submit my finance application with £3645 loan on it. Is that how much the course will be (i am applying for Applied Physics). Can you offer any sort of advice? (i am applying to University of Hull)

    Thank you,

P.S. Has anyone else had this problem, i really cannot bring my self to submit my application when it says 'the cost of this course is £9000 and your tuition fee loan is £3645. i can't afford to pay the rest myself!

It's quite clear from http://www2.hull.ac.uk/student/money...ngland/ft.aspx that your tuition fees are £9k.

Ring them up again and confirm this fact. Don't be put off if they say the fees are £3645 - direct them to the Hull page for proof. It is an error somewhere in the system - all your fees will be covered by the loan.

Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
