9 bed house in Trent (Aug13-July14)

We currently have a semi-detatched 9 bed/3 bathroom house with a 5 minute walk to Nottingham Trent Uni that needs either a group of 9 individuals or group numbers to live in the academic year (aug13-July14). Open to house share or a complete group as the rooms all have individual locks. Perfect location and a very well looked after house. There is permit parking outside the house if you have a car, however is in the city centre and with walking distance to everything essential (shops/train st/uni). Is a perfect student house and am gutted I can't live there myself, however due to numbers we have to let it go.
