I have literally NO clue about how much utilities are going to cost me when I start Uni this September. Because of this I've been looking to rent all inclusive properties, only my ignorance on the subject has led me to wonder whether I'm actually saving money or paying extra for convenience?
Looking for all inclusive also really narrows my choices. I think I should have maybe already sorted accommodation by now but time's gone so quick! I only decided to apply to Uni in January and I feel totally out of my depth and stressed about moving. Trying to figure out what i can afford is draining me... Also does anybody have any idea if properties that are available in July can be rented on a September to September contract??

why dont you move into halls in first year? makes everything a lot simpler

typically bills are around £40pm and very few student houses offer all inclusive.
