On my loan application, I'm pressing 'CONTINUE' into infinity? No submit button.

I've had to change some details on my loan application online.

I have updated the information but I can't get out of the loop of pressing continue because there is no submit button.

But on the front page, it says I have submitted 17/5/2013. Does that mean it has submitted even though I have not pressed any submit button but been going round and round in circles pressing 'Continue.'

Do I expect an updated email at some point that says I have my re-vised application done? I'm guessing there's a time lag, because I've not received the email yet.
