I've always felt like I get more tired than other people, but I'm starting to notice it a lot more around exam time because I feel like I can't revise as much as I need to.

I get very tired after school - a lot of the time I'm too tired to work after school. If I do, I can't do more than 2 hours (not all in one go), and I have to start work as soon as I get home because I'll be too tired to keep working if I start too late. I also feel very tired at school and it affects my concentration levels and relationships.

I feel as though I get enough sleep - I go to bed at 10.30 but get to sleep at about 11.30 and wake up at 7-7.30. I have one day off a week but only sleep until 8.30. I sleep a bit longer on the weekends and often feel more awake/alert on Monday but that never really lasts. I think (?) my diet is good - I'm at a healthy weight and eat enough red meat/vegetables so I don't think I'm aneamic.

I feel like I'm anxious or stressed quiet a lot, but I don't know whether this could contribute. I've always been very shy and have symptoms of social anxiety (not diagnosed), so social interaction often tires me out a lot more than it seems to affect other people.

Does anyone know what could be wrong, or what I could do to make myself feel better?

Maybe, you could talk to a counsellor first, they'll try to look into it and see if your problem is physical or psychological. Then visit a doctor?
In the meanwhile, you could try something else like meditation, power naps, etc.
Prescription meds, if given. Nothing else that is addictive- I'd advice against energy drinks on a regular basis.
    Goodluck
