# FP3 Integration Problem watch

I've got to a point where I'm integrating (cos(x/2))^3 dx, and the next line in the markscheme is 2.(integral with the same bounds) of (1-(sin(x/2))^2)dsin(x/2), and I don't know how they got this. Help?
