    It's quite common for teenagers to get like this and it's nothing to worry about. It will probably pass eventually but it's still worth trying to do something about it so that day will come sooner.

    You could go see a counsellor or your doctor and ask them for some advice and support. They get it a lot so they are really accepting and understanding and have loads of useful tips. You can also google "ways to beat depression". It doesn't mean you have depression but the advice is still good and can help you feel more yourself again.

    I'm sorry to hear about your problems with your friends and about the attack you suffered (I hope you're okay now). Have you tried talking to them about it? They may have just been scared, doesn't mean they don't like you. Try being honest with them about how you feel. The same goes for your family.
