I am a UK resident and so from what I gather so far I would be applicable for financial aid to study in Holland.

    My questions are

    - Is it now too late to apply to Universities?

    - How competitive is it to get accepted? My school grades are quite high and I also have University credits.

    - Lastly, I have no idea where else to find this but would a criminal record prevent me from doing this? I have an assault charge, would I be completely disregarded for entry or even asked to disclose this information with the Universities?

Really appreciate any feedback I could get!

    Thanks

    Matt.

You're probably fine - some Dutch students sign up mere days before the courses start.

    Not very hard.

I highly doubt this is taken into consideration.

Agree with capital S. On the criminal record - they might ask for more info about it from you but it's unlikely to affect their decision. To be sure, you could always call up unis you're interested in before you apply and ask them over the phone.
