Can I use a PENCIL to draw graphs (edexcel)?! I did that in M1 will it be marked!? :(

I drew my speed time graph in M1 with a pencil and now I've been reading that you're NOT supposed to use one!? I did the Edexcel paper and I know they scan it D: Will I lose all marks?! I think I also did all my C1 working in pencil oh GOD :frown:

Yes you can
It will not be a problem
If they can't read the scanned version they'll use the original hard copy.
Your papers will be marked

What if they think I left it out on purpose (if nothing appears on the scan)? Sorry for sounding like a worrywart I'm just really scared to screw up like this on M1 :frown:

They expect diagrams drawn in pencil
Lot's of people do the entire exam in pencil - despite the guidance being to use pen.
It will appear on the scan.
A hard pencil, tiny writing and hardly pressing down as you write and it might be hard to see clearly.
A bigger problem is that pencil does not erase as well as you think and scanners are so sensitive that it can find the erased stuff as well as the new stuff sometimes making heavily revised work hard to read.
