Buying lighters

I want to buy a lighter but do you have to be over 18 to buy a lighter like cigarets or tabbaco. I think you probably have to be over 18 as they keep them over the counter. Also is it the same with electrical lighter like the ones you get for gas hobs.

I don't think you need to be over 18 to get a lighter? If you banned lighters for under 18s you'd have to ban anything that makes a flame like matches... Anyway, there are plenty on Amazon, so no awkwardness there.
