Error message when submitting application online
I keep getting this error message, when ever I try to submit my application.
"Unfortunately there has been a problem with your application, please use the 'Continue' button to return to your previous page to check the data that you have entered and try again. If this problem persists then please log out and try again later."
When it goes back to the main page, it always un-checks the box under 'Father's details' > 'Your Income' even though I've entered in all the necessary information for that section.
