I have known a boy for just under 2 years and we have always got on really well and always flirted with each other. Iv'e now found out that he really likes me but after 4 weeks he still hasn't said anything. We have started spending more time together outside of school so should I say something??

Well do you like him? You need to decide how you feel before you bring anything like that up. If you like him, great! Tell him! If you don't, then let him know NICELY that you'd rather remain friends.
