    (this ones not good-my brother told me it)

    there was a man who lived in a countryside. his only neighbour lived 5 miles away from him. His neighbour asked him to come to a party, so he drove there. by the time he got out, he decided that he was too drunk to drive, so he decided to walk home. He walked in the middle of the road, until he reached home safely.

    Why didnt he get run over?
