IOP tomorrow.

Dear friends,
I have my IOP tomorrow and i am really tensed about the presentation.

Plz suggest me about what to do and what no to.
I know that it is really important as it makes up 15% of the English subject..

I would suggest you make some note cards with main points to cover (you aren't allowed too much text), write down just key words or phrases in the right order to make sure you cover everything you want to say.
Are you using powerpoint or some other visual aid? If so make sure it is on a memory stick or e-mailed so you have a back-up in case things go wrong.
Just try and stay calm, speak clearly and make eye contact with people as you speak.
