Howzit,
Unfortunately there is no student parking at Penrhyn Road, you can read up a little more about parking in and around Kingston, but long story short you are a little out of luck.

Don't listen to what the other 1 says lol I know free parking (all day) 10 minutes walk from penhyrn road I come from west london too
There is always parking in uncontrolled zones available to anyone who isn't lazy enough to walk.
even if you pay £12/day parking you have to walk 10-15 mins
my friends have parked behind penhyrn road campus they did recieve the invoice but because its private land they just ignore it and nothing really comes out of it lol, They have like a bag full of invoices from parking next to the gym but they aren't enforceable however i read somewhere that Uni's can stop you from graduating if you don't pay whats owed to them soo idk

There is plenty of space to park for free on the side of the road on the hill facing the rear entrance of PR, don't even have to walk 5 minutes from there.
I just hate leaving my car in an area like that though (note: not 'bad area'), because if something happens to it, insurance companies are sure to go 'Well why were you parked there? This is the reason your car got clipped by another/dent/smashed/something, we are thus increasing your premiums/larger excess'
I study at Kingston Hill though so it isn't an issue for me.
30 mins to Kingston town centre on bus 65 but the chances of getting seat or on the bus is virtually none until tiffin girls school if I were you and had to take bus from Richmond I'd walk to a stop before after getting off at Richmond

Loads of free / Cheap parking in Penrhyn Road, kingston! Just have to drive around and look! (Source: 3+ years of parking in Kingston for virtually nothing)

That place outside some flats? That's like a mesh of concrete and mud? And there's like a silver gate at the end of it? Good luck parking there this year, everyone seems to know about it now.
If you happen to be talking about somewhere else, then PM details please. Cheers.

Hi, I know this isn't related but I got into this uni through clearing and I don't know if I should attend- they can't even provide accommodation! Is it a good uni, how do you feel? Thanks
