It could've, but it was bad enough! I think it went fairly alright.. Some questions were pretty much common sense.
But some were so confusing, don't think I've done too well..
The 6 markers were pretty good though!
What did you all get for the percentages question?

It went alright I guess, as in I didn't run out of the hall crying
I loved the last synapse question. Yeah some of them made no sense, left me quite baffled. I honestly thought the exam would have been a lot easier

What was the synapse 6 mark question again? Was it about how the synapse work and why transmitter chemicals travel in one direction? I never even read the question properly because i nearly ran out of time!

Really can't believe that 27 marks where in B4 and then only two pages at the end for B6 :/ But strangely the question structure was a lot better than the specimens since this exam only had 6 questions compared to 11 or something like that...

I got 167%... it said percentage change, not percentage increase, so that's my reasoning

    I got 40%! The difference was 20, and the total was out of 50. 50 = 100% so 1 = 2%. 2% x 20 is 40 percent.

    50/30 x 100 = 167

    Stupid wording of the question. 1.67 (167%) x 30 = 50, not sure if that's evidence in favour. I'm pretty sure it's not 40%: 40% of 30 is 12, and it goes from 30 to 50, not 30 to 42.

Either way, it matters little. It's only two marks, and 1 mark should be pretty much guaranteed anyway.

I got 60%! I did 30 divided by 50 x 100, but I heard many different answers from people after the exam

Do you reckon the grade boundaries will be roughly around the same as last year? It was 35/60 for an A* and 27/60 for an A, hopefully it won't differ by much this year!
