Edexcel GCSE French query

My daughter thinks she has made a mistake dropping French at end of Year 9. How difficult do you think it would be to catch up on the work she has missed in Year 10 over the summer holidays? She's a bright girl and would work hard and I'm happy to pay for tutors. Just wondered if it would be too much for her.
I don't think it should be too hard, also, if you PM me and e-mail address, I'd be happy to send a small PowerPoint I made which would cover all the grammar she'd need and more! (definitely at GCSE)

It's nothing professional though!

Also, her biggest problem will be learning vocab, and that's where the focus would.

In terms of actually getting to the class's standard, it won't be too difficult.

However, if they've already done controlled assessments, that may be the bigger issue
