Physics - G482 Electrons, Waves and Photons Over Accuracy

Hey people! The exam is tomorrow and I'm sure some people are frantically cramming, so don't let me interrupt that...but for those of you that are cool, calm and collected, could you answer a question for me?

That is; can you and do you lose marks for over accuracy in the G482 Electrons, Waves and Photons papers, i.e. answering with too many significant figures?

Thanks in advance and I wish you all the luck in the world with the exam.

I believe you can only lose marks for this once, as I think this is the case for the Mechanics paper. But I can't be certain. If in doubt, I always do my calculations to 3 sig fig, or if the values used to calculate my answer are to less, then I do it to the least accurate one.

Oh ok, thanks for that. It just seems something so small but then leads to losing loads of marks for, I thought now would probably be a good time to stop doing it...
