HELP! Maintenance Grant says N/A - and is asking for no evidence :/

Hey, I just reapplied for student finance as I'm in my second year of University. My parents income is below 30,000 so i know im eligible for a grant and it also tells me the same on my application. On the last page where there is a summary of what I'm entitled to, it shows I have asked for the maximum maintenence loan, and Course loan.. Yet it says N/A For the amount I have requested for my he maintenance loan despite it showing I am eligible for over 1,000. It is also not asking me for extra evidence from my parents even though I have applied for a means based loan and have included their details. Just wondering if I've done anything wrong!

Hi there,

This is perfectly normal. Your grant entitlement wont show until your application has been looked at by an assessor.

It can take 6 - 8 weeks for assessments to be finalised. If we require any further evidence we will be in touch.
