How to best relax/avoid stress

My last weeks have been really busy and I'm generally a person who is constantly on the go. I go to uni, I teach (at an afternoon school and privately) and I like to maintain my friendships, go out, DJ and hang out.

But now it is taken a toll: I have another cold and I feel worn out.
I know that I HAVE time but it doesn't feel like it. I am STRESSED.

How do YOU go about time management, relaxing and generally avoiding the STRESS feeling?

Early to bed with a cheesy film on always does the trick for me when I need to relax.

You just need to learn that just because you're not on the go constantly doesn't mean you're doing something wrong - enjoy any quieter moments you might get!

Getting rid of stress is best done, in my opinion, by getting together with an old friend and just being stupid. Laughing is a great stress relief!
