C4 - Need help with intergration question

Hello, ive got a C4 exam tomorrow and am currently doing past papers. Can anyone explain how to solve this:

Integrate: sec^2(2x)tan^2(2x) dx

What is ddx[tan(2x)]\dfrac{d}{dx}[\tan (2x)]? In light of this, try a sub of u=tan2xu=\tan 2x.
