It's okay, we won't come into the sea and find you.

I get days where I feel like that. I have had moments where I stand there for ten minutes, and keep telling myself I should do something, but in the end I just actually stand on the spot for ten minutes because I do not have the energy or will power to do anything. It will pass, and you're not the only one to experience it.

LOL! Brilliant time to put that up. I acctually put celotape over my mouth this morning and left it there for at least 6 hours because I didn't feel like speaking. People got the point fairly quickly and would let a simple nod or shake of the head suffice:smile:
Just drink lots of glucose and caffine!!! 24hr rave! lol

my art teacher didn't speak for a whole year when he did his degree can't remember his reason, if you don't feel like talking don't, you don't have to
I'm not a great talker. I often don't have the effort or see the point. Unless it bothers you just do what you want.

I've been feeling like that for the past 2 years. I don't know how to change it.
Don't wanna talk? My advice - don't.
Yeh I'm not one for talking much. But now its become a problem, because I literally didnt speak at all for a while, as ridiculous as it sounds, I've kind of forgotten how to speak properly. And so now my words come out muddled, mispronounced etc. & its makes me feel really dumb. Which puts me off talking even more. And the problem just spirals ! :frown:
when u say you don't feel like doing anything, is like everything, like there isn't any point? that COULD be a sign of depression or something similar...

or maybe you're just having an off day. you don't HAVE to talk. sometimes i don't see the point, i just don't feel up2 it, like i can't be bothered to communicate, hmm. you're not alone.

There must be something you enjoy - whether it's understanding politics, collecting tabletop gaming figurines or ballet dancing or aaaanything else - so find some people who are avid about what ever it is as well. Then you'll want to talk.

Talking is fun - if you aren't enjoying it then you are doing it with the wrong people. You need to talk around... y'know - experiment and see what's out there!

I think they're quite nice. More peaceful. Allows you to think more as well, not having to worry about being involved in uselss banter if you don't want to:redface:

Oh I get days like that too. Usually just sleep it off to get square eyes. I soon find something to moan about though, that gets me going :p:
sounds like depression - seek counselling!!!
btw with regards to the people who are saying they've had this for years and what not you really need to check that out because it might be chronic fatigue-my brother had it and was too tierd to walk/talk for a while. Go to your doctor if its not a "once in a while thing" coz it can get really bad if u dont treat it
[Top six warning signs of depression]

It can be peaceful - but it can be bad.
Are you sleeping ok at the moment? I often feel like that, more so when I am tired.
