Im sure there are at least a few people on these forums that have got them. And no doubt they are going to be asking on how to do certain 'revision' questions in academic help.

Very, Very good point.

 Whoah..just seen the OP!

OK..what exactly does this mean???
Are there back-up papers? Do we sit the leaked ones? Do they raise the grade boundaries???

Reply 43

right said lapsaJ
but how will we know? I mean its after we do the exam we will realize that we saw this question on tsr someone was asking.

Reply 44

hopefully there will be some news coverage tommorrow which should put pressure on the board to change the later papers. i think the earlier ones may have to go ahead, but i dont know.

methinks the Mirror may have got their list of exams wrong

Reply 47

As far as i know they always have a back-up paper and they'll just give that instead... The papers are just as easy/difficult  and the grade boundaries stay the same... Otherwise i don't know what to say - i'm not actually doing any of those subjects luckily!

why??

Reply 49

Well...

A website forum known as UK-Learning had the questions from the exam paper posted on Monday asking fellow students to provide solutions. The poster said it was for revision purposes but when the students went into the exam the next day they saw that the questions posted on the website were on the exam paper!

This means that some people know what is going to be in the exam (potentially)
Yes there are back-up papers. If they think enough people have seen the papers, then probably we won't sit the leaked ones. The grade boundaries would probably rise, perhaps one or two marks.

you think that it'll get tv coverage or it'll just be ignored?

Reply 55

If it's genuine, it'll get TV coverage. The media love exam mess ups lol.

Reply 56

hope so, the exam boards think they can get away with anything :frown:

Reply 57
