1. Male.

2. Yes.

3. Both. I have a Royal Bank of Scotland current account, credit card, and savings account all accessable online. I have a Smile current account, savings account, and investment account accessable online. Also a Barclaycard credit acard account accessable online.

4. Since I was 16.

5. 2-5 times a week.

6. Very happy with RBS, Smile, and Barclaycard. Love the flexibility, and the ability to move money around at 2 am in the morning and pay bills easily. Also I use online banking to avoid writing cheques (which I have a pet hate for).

7. Excellent, and most definitely the future. I can email Smile and get a decent reply within hours. No need for branches anymore... just more cashpoints which you can deposit cheques in.

F

2) Have u ever tried e-banking to manage you money?
YES or NO - if NO, why?
YES

3) If YES, Which type of Internet banking services are you using?
a. e-banking with actual bank
b. online-only bank
Both, the actual bank being most successful. The other closed after a while but I'm opening another online only account shortly.

4) How long have you been using e-banking?
4 or 5 years I think.

5) How often do u visit the web site n' use e-banking services?
Several times a week.

6) Do u happy with ur current bank or e-bank?
why? (e.g. quick n easy to access the Web site, good quality of service, more convenient, easy to gather information, more comforable asking more question, etc)
Yes. Speedy access, ability to make instant transfers between accounts, pay bills etc. I use money software so I keep a regular check to make sure I haven't forgotten to enter any amounts.

7) What is your overall opinion of e-banking in general?
Good, much easier but a pain if your pc dies!

Good luck with your survey.

1) Gender
Male

2) Have u ever tried e-banking to manage you money?
YES

3) If YES, Which type of Internet banking services are you using?
b. online-only bank - have a savings account with Smile. Once I qualify for a Smile Student Account I intend to close down my current account with NatWest and do all my banking with them.

4) How long have you been using e-banking?
About a year

5) How often do u visit the web site n' use e-banking services?
Once every couple of weeks, average.

6) Do u happy with ur current bank or e-bank?
YES
why?
Very efficient, was very sick of 20 person long queues in the local Natwest.

7) What is your overall opinion of e-banking in general?
I like it, although I feel slightly annoyed that many banks try to push you into it by chronically understaffing their branches. Will be very pleased to say goodbye to NatWest.

2 Years

5) How often do u visit the web site n' use e-banking services?
4-7 times a week

6) Do u happy with ur current bank or e-bank?
Online banking is great, it allows me to manage all my finances and assess my financal position, if I need to transfer any money to cover my direct debits, or need to pay off my credit card, I can just do it with a click of a button. I can also view the progress of people paying me, as I usually take bank transfers.

7) What is your overall opinion of e-banking in general?
Great use of the internet.

1) Gender: F

2) Have u ever tried e-banking to manage you money? No simply because I've had no need to yet. I'm still a college student.

3) If YES, Which type of Internet banking services are you using?
a. e-banking with actual bank
b. online-only bank

4) How long have you been using e-banking?

5) How often do u visit the web site n' use e-banking services?

6) Do u happy with ur current bank or e-bank?
why? Yes, because as I'm under 18 all i can get is a cash card and a solo card so it's good enough for me. Practically all the under-18 services are pretty indistinguishable atm.

7) What is your overall opinion of e-banking in general? good, I suspect I'll be using it lots once I've graduated from university and am in a job. It saves time at least.
