Has the site been unavailable for the past few days?
Each time I try to reapply for finance and it asks me to add my mother's details, when I try to do so, it tells me that there's an error - this is despite me and her checking and double checking the details, which are all correct. We even changed the secret question a few times, but still can't get past the error message?
