Social Work BA (Sept 2013)

Ok so I have been accepted, and fufilled the conditions of my conditional offer. Now, as I finish college, its really sinking in that I will be going this September.

Anyone else on here doing Social Work at Plymouth?

If so, are you staying in student accomodation? What kinds of books and stationary are you getting to be prepared? Is your student finance sorted out?

If not, do you know anyone who is? Do you have any advice for a mature student?

Anything? lol I am starting to get very nervous about it all.

Yeah I am starting the same course in September, at Plymouth.
I have applied for halls, have you?

I don't know what stationary to get yet, but my uncle studied this course as a mature student
and he advised me that the book called 'understanding social work' by Neil Thompson
is very helpful. My finance is almost sorted out, they told me on the phone that it is

all very quiet no, but as it comes closer to when the course starts
we will receive lots of information then :smile:

Finally other people doing social work at plymouth haha!
Do you have any idea about when we'll find out about our accomodation? im guessing a few days after we get our results?
