wierd pain
hey, was wondering if you guys could shed some light on a wierd pain ive been feeling, or if anyone had had it before. basically i keep getting random stabbing pains on me left side of my stomach, roughly in line with the belly button. i have no idea what it is, but it happened the other day for no apparent reason, and its happened again now, but its spread to my stomach aswell this time? im so confused, ive never had something like this before! has anyone had similar experiences?

i have exactly the same pains! well i did last week, and i didnt get it checked out, and theyre still coming and going..hmmm i think i better get them checked out!
Yeah, get it checked out, just so you know what it is.
Are you doing exams at the moment - under a lot of stress? Stress can bring on things like Irritable Bowel Syndrome which can give you stabbing pains in your abdomen I believe.
Either way, do as Green is - talk to a doctor about it.

When do the pains occur? After you've eaten/before you've been to the toilet?
has anyone herd of appendicitis? lol
when i had it, i had one day on holiday when i just had a massive stabbing pain in my stomache but it started in my side first.
tehn i had it too weeks later and it was full blown appendicitis. it really really hurt.

its normally before ive eaten and been to the toilet. im really confused as to what they are, but am going on holiday in a few weeks and have a phoebia of the doctor!! xxx

You should probably try and fight your phobia and go and see a doctor, especially if you are going on holiday. You do not want to be ill while you are on holiday!
